Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow additional processing time during sales or promotions.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers:

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • We primarily use USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75.

Delivery Timelines:

  • United States:

    • First Class Mail: 3-5 business days

    • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

  • Canada:

    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (plus potential customs delay)

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International Orders (Canada):

  • Canadian customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes (HST, GST, PST) levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
