Refund and Returns Policy
At Hush Yarn, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific policy to ensure quality and fairness for all our crafting customers.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for unused skeins/hanks.

To be eligible for a return, yarn must be in its original condition, unopened, with labels intact, and in the original packaging (e.g., the twist-tie or band must be secure).

Your order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:

Used or Opened Yarn: For hygiene and craft-specific reasons, we cannot accept returns on any yarn that has been wound, opened, partially used, or shows any signs of use.

Custom or Special Orders: This includes dyed-to-order colorways or bulk orders purchased with a discount.

Patterns & Digital Downloads: These are non-refundable.

Sale Items: Clearance or discounted yarn is sold as-is and is final sale.

Tools & Accessories: Must be unused and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email us at support@hushyarn.icu within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

Get Approval: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address if approved.

Ship It Back: Carefully package the unused yarn and mail it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds:

Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective skein (e.g., tangles, knots, dyeing issues) or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@hushyarn.icu with photos of the issue. We will gladly cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
